Spotlight: Five 5f wins this season and this front-runner went in again in a big field over 5.4f here (good) last time; continues to climb the weights but she keeps finding the necessary further improvement; major player.
Spotlight: Made it three wins from her last six starts when scoring at the Curragh 11 days ago (5f, good; unraced on faster); this race demands further improvement but this Irish challenger is progressive; entitled to respect.
Spotlight: Prominent-racer who made it three wins from her five starts when scoring at Redcar (5f, good to firm) 11 days ago; now 4lb higher in a hotter race but this lightly raced 3yo could continue to progress.
Spotlight: Front-runner who won twice in the spring (5f, AW/good) and has continued in good form, including on fast ground; this course should suit her style and there's every chance she'll be in the mix.
Spotlight: She can be awkward leaving the stalls and a slow start could prove costly at this course, but that hasn't stopped her winning her last two races, at Southwell (5f, AW) then Ascot (5f, good); did it pretty cosily last time and a 5lb rise may not be enough to stop this progressive 3yo.
Spotlight: Completed 5f Dundalk hat-trick late last year and returned to winning ways there (5f) last month to make it 4-4 on AW; she's 0-6 on turf but has a lower mark on this surface and was second at 12 at Cork (5f, good to firm) last time; might not be far away.
Spotlight: Front-runner who made it two wins in a row when prevailing by short head in a big field over C&D (good to firm) in June; 2l sixth of 16 over C&D (good to firm) since, so it's possible she's now in the handicapper's clutches, but Warren Fentiman removes a valuable 5lb and she's not ruled out each-way.
Spotlight: Won 2yo Listed race last September (5f, good) and went close in Listed races on first three starts this term, beaten just a head over C&D (good to firm) on the middle occasion; below par here last month when she reportedly boiled over in the preliminaries; could bounce back with a bold bid on handicap debut.
Spotlight: Won in good style at Beverley (5f, good to firm) last month on second start for this yard and kept on strongly from the rear when beaten just a neck by Luna A Inbhir Nis in a big field here (5.4f, good) last time; there's lots of pace in this race so it should be run to suit; in calculations.
Spotlight: Third at Ascot (6f, good to firm) in May and now 2lb lower; merely seventh on both runs since and, while she raced away from the main action for the first part of the race at Doncaster (5f, good) last time, others arrive with more pressing claims.
Spotlight: Won four times last season on ground ranging from good to firm through to heavy; she's 5lb below her last winning mark but needs to produce more than she's managed across her last four starts.
Spotlight: Displayed good pace when close fourth of 13 here (6f, good to firm) in June on stable debut; failed to build on that when sixth at Wolverhampton (6f, AW) but didn't run badly and she's not ruled out now back at 5f.
Spotlight: Things clicked in a big way last month, easily winning two in a row (6f, good) before she defied a significant rise in the weights at Windsor (6f, good; made all); had just half a length to spare last time but it remains to be seen where the ceiling of her ability lies; could again go well, up 4lb.
Spotlight: 5lb out of the handicap today; however, she won four times in May/June and has had excuses on her last two starts, with a poor draw at Chepstow before being badly hampered at Windsor; no surprise if she rediscovers her progressive ways and produces a good performance this afternoon.
Spotlight: Showed improvement in first-time cheekpieces (retained since) for 50-1 win in Listed race at Ayr (5f, good) in June; needs to prove that level of form was no one-off and she was down the field in a Group 3 at Sandown (5f, good to firm) last time, but she's not written off back in a handicap.
Spotlight: Third of 14 in this last year (good to firm) and returned to winning ways in six-runner handicap at Lingfield (5f, good) this month; this is tougher and she's never won off a mark this high, but she has an each-way shout.
Spotlight: Won last August on final two juvenile outings and close second behind Ruby's Profit on reappearance at Goodwood (5f, good) in May; down the field in the 3yo Dash at Epsom since but lost a shoe and the track may not have been ideal; a case can be made on the Goodwood form and her new stable is in fine form (formerly with George Scott; remains in same ownership).
Spotlight: Soundly beaten behind Luna A Inbhir Nis here (5.4f, good) last month then capitalised on the drop back in grade to win at Ripon (5f, good); today's race is a lot tougher and she's 8lb higher, but she did it in convincing fashion and is not discounted after that improved performance.
Spotlight: Won on debut at Southwell (6f, AW) in June and followed up in Chelmsford novice (7f, AW); it's very early days on grass but she was soundly beaten at Ascot (5f, good) last time on her handicap/turf debut and has something to prove on the back of that.
Spotlight: Five wins last year and she's often run well in defeat this season, beaten just a short head on two of her last three starts (5f/6f, good); up in grade today but has each-way possibilities.
Spotlight: Knocking on the door prior to winning at Nottingham (5f, good) in June; runner-up at Sandown (5f, good) next time; soundly beaten at Goodwood latest but on rain-affected going; could be involved back on faster ground.

The prolific and speedy LUNA A INBHIR NIS (nap) held on from Lady Roxby over 5.4f here last time and, with the return to a bare 5f a probable plus, she can post her seventh win of the season. Mademoiselle is better than she showed in the 3yo Dash at Epsom last time and is feared most on her first outing for the in-form Kevin Philippart de Foy. This should be run at a very healthy clip which will be a positive for Lady Roxby's claims and she is next on the list. Cases can also be made for Fluorescence, Nad Alshiba Green, Novamay, and Galaxy Zoo.[Ben Hutton] Show less
